Business use only
This site is intended for businesses, resellers, institutions and professional buyers. It is not a consumer retail store and no checkout or consumer sale is offered.
Quotations, pricing and availability
Product information on this site is indicative. Pricing, availability, lead times and specifications are confirmed only in a written quotation issued by Softel sales. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to supply confirmation at the time of order.
Orders
An order is accepted when Softel confirms it in writing against a purchase order referencing a valid quotation. Payment terms, shipping terms and delivery dates are those stated in that confirmation.
Warranty and returns
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Returns, replacements and RMA handling follow the manufacturer or distributor terms applicable to the item and must be arranged through Softel sales.
Trademarks
Manufacturer names, brands and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Authorized Partner designations are stated only where that relationship exists.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Softel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
